How much does shipping cost?
We offer free tracked shipping on orders €50+ for Europe and €100+ for USA/Australia/Asia etc.
For orders under this value mentioned above the exact shipping costs will be calculated at check-out after you enter your address. There are countries where Standard is nearly the same price (it's all about cents) more expensive than Express (regarding our conditions with the shipping company MAIL BOXES ETC.) So it can happen that only appears Express and there is no choice between Standard and Express. We have already negotiated the best prices for you. Thanks for your understanding.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Shipping to Europe
You can choose between EXPRESS or STANDARD
Express will take around 1-2 business days and Standard 2-4 business days
- Shipping to USA
Only available EXPRESS will take 2-3 business days.
- Shipping to the Rest of the World
Only available EXPRESS will take 3-5 business days.
Please provide a mobile phone number so that the courier can call you if they require further delivery confirmation and/or updates. cell-1 is not responsible for any delays in shipping, these are the responsibility of the carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist you with any issues as much as possible. All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Portugal
Can I cancel my order?
cell-1 aims to ship all orders within 1 business day from receiving the order, therefore no changes can be made after you have placed your order. All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse then we will process your cancellation, if possible.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at info@cell-1.com as soon as you realise something is incorrect. cell-1 will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number and link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. If for any reason, this is not working or you’re having trouble finding these details, please contact our team at info@cell-1.com
Customs Duties and International Shipping
We love sending our products worldwide, but please note that some countries have their own customs rules that may affect your delivery.

These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. As the customer, you’re responsible for paying any additional costs required by your country’s customs office.
Sometimes, customs may need a bit of extra information from you or require you to complete an import form before your order can be released. This process can occasionally cause delays that are unfortunately beyond our control — every country handles these procedures differently.
Please don’t worry — this is totally normal when it comes to international shipping! We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’d like to know more about possible import fees or restrictions before ordering.
