Can I return my order?

Because it is a face and body cream, we can't take it back for hygienic reasons, so there are NO returns or refunds, we're sorry and thank you for your understand.

 

Can I cancel my order?

cell-1 aims to ship all orders within 1 business day from receiving the order, therefore no changes can be made after you have placed your order. All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse then we will process your cancellation, if possible.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
